Montreal, Quebec, Thursday, November 20, 2025 – Elizabeth Lafontaine, CPA, has been promoted to Vice President at Dreww. In this new role, she will oversee the agency’s day-to-day operations and act as the company’s Integrator, helping turn Dreww’s vision into clear priorities, structure, and execution.

Over the last five years, Dreww has grown from a team of 2-3 people to nearly 30. During that time, Andrew Johnson, Founder and President of Dreww, acted as both president and general manager, with every major part of the business running through him.

In the early days, this structure made sense. As the company grew, however, it became clear that the model was no longer sustainable. With Dreww working toward its long-term goal of building a team of 80 to 100 people by December 2029, the agency needed a stronger operational structure and a leader dedicated to managing the day-to-day business.

As Dreww continued to grow, I had to be honest about where I bring the most value to the company. Running the day-to-day operations of the business is not where I am strongest, and continuing to hold that role would have been doing a disservice to the company and to our team. Elizabeth has the structure, discipline, financial understanding, and operational mindset that Dreww needs for its next stage of growth,” says Andrew Johnson, Founder and President of Dreww.

Elizabeth joined Dreww two and a half years ago as Director of Finance and Administration. Before joining the agency, she worked at KPMG, where she gained experience supporting large public companies and developed a strong foundation in financial structure, operational discipline, and business process.

During her first two years at Dreww, Elizabeth focused on rebuilding the agency’s financial systems, improving internal processes, and bringing more stability to the business. Over time, her role naturally expanded beyond finance as she became increasingly involved in operations, team structure, and internal decision-making.

The shift toward a broader leadership role became clearer after Dreww completed its Nova profiles. The results highlighted Elizabeth’s natural fit for a general manager-style position and reinforced that her strengths could be applied beyond finance, closer to people, operations, and company-wide execution.

Elizabeth has earned this role by consistently pushing the company forward and bringing structure to areas that needed it. This promotion is not just a title change. It represents an important shift in how Dreww is going to operate moving forward. With Elizabeth as Integrator, I will be able to focus more of my energy on vision, growth, partnerships, and the creative direction of the company, while knowing the day-to-day operations are in the right hands,” says Andrew Johnson.

As Vice President, Elizabeth will work closely with Dreww’s leadership team to align priorities, improve accountability, strengthen internal systems, and ensure the agency is operating effectively as it scales. This promotion marks an important step in Dreww’s evolution from a founder-led operation into a more structured growth marketing agency built for long-term scale.
