Profile of our ideal candidate
We are looking for an experienced digital ad buyer who has a proven track record of buying conversion ads across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and TikTok while maintaining a positive ROAS. The ideal candidate has worked inside various brands' ad accounts across multiple industries and has at least 3+ years of experience.
Job Description / Responsibilities
Digital Ad Buying
- Design the ad buying strategy in collaboration with the assigned account strategist
- Write copy and make recommendations on required creatives for a successful campaign
- Implement the approved ad-buying strategy across all ad managers
- Optimize the ads strategy based on real-time data while maintaining desired KPIs
- Provide reports and insights back to the team and to the client
- Highly proficient with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads Manager
- Highly proficient with using custom audience segmentation across multiple ad sets
- Highly proficient with the Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Tiktok Pixel
- Highly proficient in setting up and tracking custom events
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- Superior time management skills
- Professional written/spoken French and English
- Resourceful and self-directed team player
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
