Profile of our ideal candidate

We are looking for various freelance photographers with unique styles/aesthetics. The candidates we are looking for must be passionate about photography and have experience shooting for brands. The photographer we are looking for must be able to establish a visual and artistic style that represents the DNA of the brands we give them mandates for. They must have expertise and judgment in the applied techniques of photography (lighting, composition, capture) as well as experience in the pre-production and post-production processes. Photographers who can also conceptualize and execute and artistic direction on their own are preferable.

Job Description / Responsibilities

Dreww is looking for freelance photographers to work on both internal (organized by the Dreww team) and external (individual, commissioned by the Dreww team) photo productions. 

Internal photo production: Organized and planned by the Dreww team, you are only asked to travel, photograph the required material and do the post-production. 

External photo production: Everything is organized by you. Dreww provides you with a brief and a mood board to follow, as well as the brand’s products to be photographed. You organize everything, produce and edit your content within the established deadlines (all by yourself).

  • Strong knowledge of studio and/or lifestyle photography
  • Strong ability to build relationships with clients, employees and partners
  • Strong sense of design and aesthetics in all facets of the creative arts 
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Superior time management skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work remotely or on-site (depending on the mandate)
  • Resourceful and self-directed team player
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Willingness to learn and keep up with trends in photography
