How to Connect

Pairing Your Device
  1. Ensure you have the latest iOS installed on your phone
  2. Download the WearOS App on your phone
  3. Click the crown to find watch settings
    1. Reset the watch in settings
    2. Disconnect & Reset
    3. The watch will reset and restart
  4. Once the watch restarts
    1. Select language preference
    2. Accept privacy details
    3. Go to settings
    4. Go to connectivity
      • Connect Wi-Fi
      • Connect to Bluetooth
  5. “Set up a new watch” on the WearOS app on your phone
    1. Follow the steps on the WearOS app on your phone
    2. Bluetooth code will be present on your phone and the watchface
    3. Connect Google account
      • On your phone, open the WearOS App and use the below login credentials to connect your phone to the watch:

  1. Update the TAG Heuer watchface apps to get circuit
    1. To update the app, open the Google Play Store in My Apps
  2. My Porsche App needs to be downloaded on the watch to access exclusive Porsche features
    1. The app can be found at the Google Play Store on the watch
    2. The Google Play Store can be accessed by clicking the crown of the watch
  3. Double tap on the watchface and scroll left to select the Porsche circuit watchface
  4. Hold the watchface screen to select different complications
  5. Scroll through to select watchface with three complication options
    1. On watchface, tap the '+' sign and select the My Porsche logo
  6. Once downloaded, login to the My Porsche App with the following credentials:
    1. My Porsche App Account
      Username: porschecanadaconnect@gmail.com
      Password: TagHeuer1$
  7. Once you are logged in, the app will be synchronised with your car The data will then appear in the complications. Example: Temperate changes, mileage, range, locked/unlocked status

Your Mandate

The production (filming and editing) of 1 Instagram Reel and a series of 3 Instagram Stories (2 frames min. per Story), featuring the Porsche Taycan Turbo S Cross Turismo and the TAG Heuer Connected Calibre E4 Porsche Edition, that highlight the features of both the vehicle and the watch and focus on the connectivity between the two products. The Reel is to be published on Instagram, in addition to providing rights of usage for organic repost by Porsche Cars Canada, Ltd. and TAG Heuer for repost on their social media.

Posting Criterias

Requirements
  • 1 Post on Instagram (Reels)
    • The duration of the video has to be 15 secs-1:30 min.
  • 3 Instagram Stories
    • Minimum of 2 frames per Story
Important Prerequisites
  • Influencer must be a minimum of 25 years of age, have a valid driver’s license (G), and have automotive insurance to participate in the loan.
  • Influencer must sign a Vehicle Loan Agreement Form and a Connected Watch Loan Agreement Form ahead of vehicle and watch pick-up.
  • Influencer must agree to adhere to all loan guidelines (i.e. recharging vehicle battery + watch battery prior to return, reimbursement of all 407 charges and parking and traffic infractions, etc.).
  • Influencer must be willing to pick-up and drop-off the vehicle and watch at the Porsche Canada Parts Distribution Centre (6085 Belgrave Road, Mississauga, ON L5R 4E6) during business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) on the agreed upon dates.

Content Considerations

We’ve included the following guidelines to help ensure you’re able to capture high-quality content that aligns with the Porsche brand and standards. We encourage you to consider the following:
  • The official pronunciation for Porsche is “Por-scha” and not “Por-sche”, because of its German origin. It’s extremely important for the creator to pronounce it correctly at all times in video content (example here).
  • Abide by federal and provincial driving/road laws. No illegal parking or driving.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols in place.
  • Showcase the car’s capabilities.
  • Include as much of the car as possible in each shot when flming/shooting the exterior.
  • Ensure the vehicle is brightly lit, but not over exposed.
Additionally, these are some things to avoid in order to ensure that your content aligns with the Porsche corporate identity. When shooting, avoid:
  • Sitting or standing on top of the car.
  • Holding the camera and filming video while driving the vehicle.
  • Filming yourself eating or drinking while driving the vehicle.
  • Cursing or using language that doesn’t align with the Porsche brand.
  • Highlighting other brands in footage/images.

  • For the Reel, your caption MUST tag @porschecanada and @TAGHeuer.
