Production scopes are estimated costs. A line items budget is produced prior to every production, based on the brief from the client, and the concepts proposed by Dreww. All production budgets will be line item cost + 20% agency/studio fee markup.

A workflow to produce short-form videos at scale

We built a proprietary workflow that allows us to efficiently produce short-form videos at scale for your brand, while giving you the oversight needed to review and approve everything we do before content goes live.
1.Client Brief
A meeting with your TikTok and Instagram Reels Producer is set up in order to gather information about your brand, objectives, and unique value proposition. Based on the information collected during that meeting we will produce a personalized short-form video strategy for your brand.
2.Conceptualization
Every month, your TikTok and Instagram Reels Producer will submit a deck with a series of ideas for new videos based on current trends and your business objectives for that month.
3.Pre-Production
Our production team will plan everything that is necessary for these videos to come to life. We will book the crew, find the location(s), cast the actor(s), buy the props, and schedule the entire production.
4.Production
On the scheduled production day, our production team arrives at the designated location(s) and records all the necessary scenes for the videos we planned on producing that day.
5.Post-Production
The footage is handed off to one of our specialized TikTok and Instagram Reels Editors and they will do the assembly, sound mixing, colour correction, and special effects if necessary, along with the final exports.
6.Publication
Once the videos are approved, our team of social media managers will publish the videos to TikTok and Instagram Reels.
7.Amplification
In order to maximize the distribution of the videos published, we recommend using our digital ad buying services to promote the content to a targeted audience.
