Wagyu Katsu Sando Public Relations Stunt with Boucherie Grinder

We had the idea of launching a special food item at Boucherie Grinder in order to create a buzz around town. The 125$ Wagyu Katsu Sando is what we came up with. The sando was launched on Instagram and generated an instant buzz around Montreal. A couple of media outlets picked up the news including Eater Montreal and Canada Nightlife.
