We go to great lengths to ensure our work shapes culture and influences consumer habits at scale, obsessing over the final 1%. Our work environment is structured to support and encourage excellence, helping our team members reach their full potential and produce the best work of their careers.

At Dreww, there is no typical 9 to 5 schedule. We offer flexibility to our team in exchange for high expectations regarding their work output. Employees are expected to be in the office three days per week, with Wednesdays and Fridays designated as work-from-home days. There is no fixed start or end time, allowing you to manage your own schedule. Some days will be longer, and some days will be shorter; what matters is that you complete your workload on time and remain available throughout the day for any scheduled meetings.

People come to Dreww for the opportunity to accelerate their careers and learn new skills. Our fast-paced and demanding work environment on the agency side means you will be exposed to a wide variety of projects and challenges, far more than you would encounter on the client side. This exposure helps you develop a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of creating demand for a product or service using social media. You will work really hard, but you will also learn and grow really quickly. This rapid growth is why people value being at Dreww.

At Dreww, everyone creates and publishes content to social media outside of their regular work duties, no matter their role. While not everyone needs to be a seasoned content creator, our success relies on everyone understanding how to make content that people genuinely want to watch. We don’t care about how many followers you have or how many views your content gets. What matters is that you hit publish every once in a while.
