1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your access to and use of the website dreww.ca (the "Site"), operated by Dreww Media Inc. ("Dreww," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Not a client agreement
The Site is an informational and marketing platform. These Terms govern your use of the Site only; any engagement of Dreww's services is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Dreww, which prevails over these Terms for that engagement.

3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; attempt to gain unauthorized access; scrape, harvest, or copy content except as permitted; or use the Site to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Dreww name and brand, case studies, and design — are owned by or licensed to Dreww and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share content for your own informational, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Client names and marks shown are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission.

5. Submissions
Information you submit through forms is handled per our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential information you do not wish to share. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without restriction or obligation to you.

6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites and services we do not control and are not responsible for. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec.

12. Language
