Our response
We respond to requests within 30 days. Access to your personal information is generally free, though we may charge a reasonable fee for transcription, reproduction, or transmission, and will tell you the amount beforehand. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why and outline your options.
If you disagree with our decision
You may contact our Privacy Officer to review the decision. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca) or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).
