Erco Selects Dreww as Its Lead Generation and CRM Agency

Through this new mandate, Dreww will support Erco in rebuilding and re-architecting its HubSpot CRM, with the goal of creating a stronger connection between marketing, sales, quoting, attribution, and revenue. The mandate will focus on helping Erco build a more unified growth system that allows its team to better manage leads, track deals, build quotes, and measure the return generated by its paid advertising initiatives.

Over the last 24 months, Erco had worked with three different agencies to improve its HubSpot setup. However, the company continued to face challenges in creating a CRM system where marketing and sales were truly unified, measurable, and accountable.

Dreww’s mandate will include rebuilding Erco’s lead pipeline, deal pipeline, quote-building process, and service operations workflow inside HubSpot. This includes creating the structure needed for sales to hand off new customers to operations, while allowing the team to track project management, service delivery, and customer follow-up directly within the CRM. A key part of the work will also be the development of a custom attribution system that connects Google Ads, Meta ads, and TikTok ads back to the leads and deals generated by those campaigns. This will allow Erco to better understand the ROI created by its paid media investments and make stronger decisions about where to invest for growth.

To support this initiative, Dreww will develop and launch a digital sales funnel that combines paid social media ads, creator partnership ads, Google Ads, custom landing pages built using the HubSpot CMS, and custom PandaDoc proposals. The goal is to help Erco generate qualified leads, educate homeowners, streamline the quote process, and scale the new solar portion of its business.
