Dreww Media Inc. — Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
1. Who we are
Dreww Media Inc. ("Dreww," "we," "us") is a marketing agency located at 1600 Rue Notre-Dame Ouest, Unit 304, Montreal, Quebec, H3J 1M1, Canada. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information we hold in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
2. Scope
This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through our website dreww.ca and in the course of our business. It does not apply to the personal information we process on behalf of our clients as a service provider — that information is governed by our agreements with those clients.
3. Personal information we collect
-
Information you give us — when you fill out a form, book a call, submit an RFP, subscribe to updates, or email us: your name, business email, phone number, company name, role, and the content of your message.
-
Information collected automatically — when you visit the site: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see §6).
-
Information from third parties — analytics and advertising platforms, and referrals or publicly available professional information (e.g., LinkedIn) where you engage with us.
4. Why we use it
We use personal information to: respond to your inquiries and provide requested information; evaluate and deliver our services; operate, secure, and improve our website; measure marketing performance; send you communications and newsletters where you have consented; and meet legal and contractual obligations.
5. Consent
We collect, use, and disclose personal information with your consent, which may be express or implied depending on the sensitivity of the information and the context. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see §11), subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
6. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site, and — with your consent — analytics and advertising cookies/pixels (for example Google Analytics and Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google advertising tags) to understand usage and measure campaigns. You can manage non-essential cookies through our cookie banner and your browser settings.
7. How we share personal information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
-
Service providers ("processors") who act on our instructions — including [HubSpot] (CRM, forms, email), [Google] (analytics/ads), [Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok] (advertising), [Klaviyo] (email), and [Shopify] where applicable;
-
Professional advisors, and authorities where required by law;
-
A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
8. Information stored or processed outside Quebec
Some of our service providers store or process information outside Quebec, including in the United States. Before disclosing personal information outside Quebec we conduct a privacy impact assessment and put contractual and technical safeguards in place to ensure a comparable level of protection, as required by Law 25.
9. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law — generally [24–36 months] after our last meaningful interaction for prospect/marketing data, and longer where needed to meet legal, accounting, or contractual obligations. After that, we securely destroy or anonymize it.
10. How we protect it
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond appropriately to any incident.
11. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; have it corrected; withdraw your consent; request deletion or de-indexing; and receive certain information in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, see our Data Request page or contact our Privacy Officer (§15). We respond within 30 days.
12. Marketing communications
Where you have consented, we may send you marketing emails in compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every marketing email includes our identity and an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time; we will honor the request promptly.
13. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites and platforms that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
14. Young people
Our website and services are directed to businesses and are not intended for individuals under 14. We do not knowingly collect the personal information of a minor under 14 without parental consent.
15. How to contact us
